Pen holder, blotter, full and loose...Come and learn or rediscover pen writing in our workshop open to all! **The workshop is accessible with the entrance ticket + 1€.**Housed in a courtyard farm in the heart of Annappes, the Musée du Terroir evokes life before the consumer society. A time when sustainable development and doing it yourself were part of everyday life.
The museum reconstructs the daily life of the inhabitants of the North at the beginning of the 20th century in rooms such as the bedroom, the kitchen or the school. It also evokes ancient crafts such as the sabotier, the shoemaker or the blacksmith.
The visit of the museum can be free or with an audioguide in 4 languages (French, English, German, Dutch), without supplement.

The Musée du Terroir traces the rural and domestic life of the inhabitants of northern France at the beginning of the 20th century.
In the typical setting of an old farm with a square courtyard, the Musée du Terroir allows you to dive into everyday life in the twentieth century and also to discover the tools and practices of craftsmen of yesteryear such as blacksmith or saddler. With more than 5,000 objects, the museum is the ideal place for transmission between generations.
