As part of the History and City Festival, the Museum of the History of Science is offering a family workshop to learn how to tell the time using a sundial.

How about learning to tell the time without a watch? You can do just that with a homemade sundial. Then you can witness a unique moment: the noon cannon shot, the precise moment when the sun reaches its highest point. A fantastic moment at the museum, and it's not rocket science!

Et si vous appreniez à lire l’heure sans montre? C’est possible grâce à un cadran solaire fabriqué maison. Vous pourrez ensuite assister à un moment unique: le coup de canon du midi vrai, instant précis où le Soleil atteint son point culminant. Un moment fantastique au musée, et ça ne sera pas sorcier!
