The museum’s sculpture gallery hosts an extraordinary living exhibition. Motus Mori MUSEUM is the project of choreographer Katja Heitmann, who collects, from city to city, as an archive of the movement, the daily gestures of the inhabitants of the territory. Transcribed by the company’s dancers over 3 days of continuous performance, the contemporary piece questions the question of the body represented and the intimate. The portraits danced offers the viewer an exhibition of poignant humanity.

La galerie des sculptures du musée accueille une exposition vivante hors du commun. Motus Mori MUSEUM est le projet de la chorégraphe Katja Heitmann, qui de ville en ville recueille, comme une archive du mouvement, les gestes quotidiens des habitants du territoire. Retranscrits par les danseurs de la compagnie lors de 3 jours de performance en continu, la pièce contemporaine interroge la question du corps représenté et de l’intime. Les portraits dansés offre au spectateur une exposition d’humanité poignante.

In de beeldengalerie van het museum wordt een bijzondere levende tentoonstelling gehouden. Het Motus Mori MUSEUM is het project van choreograaf Katja Heitmann, die, van stad tot stad, als archief van de beweging, de dagelijkse gebaren van de inwoners van het grondgebied verzamelt. Getranscribeerd door de dansers van het bedrijf gedurende 3 dagen van continue performance, het hedendaagse stuk vraagt de vraag van het vertegenwoordigde lichaam en het intieme. De gedanste portretten bieden de kijker een tentoonstelling van aangrijpende menselijkheid.
