Pink October - Race against cancer
On Saturday, October 18, 2025, go to the Parc du Héron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq for a big solidarity race of 5 km or 10 km for the benefit of the Centre Oscar Lambret.

The association Cheer Up! Centrale Lille organizes, on Saturday, October 18, 2025, a big day around breast cancer at the Parc du Héron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
This charity race, open to all, offers two distances to choose from: 5 km or 10 km, with departures scheduled at 10am and 12pm, as well as a free start possible between 10am and 2pm.
This event will also be a time of awareness and sharing. Information stands and interventions by doctors from the Oscar Lambret Center will allow for discussions on research, prevention, and support for young people with cancer.
All the profits will be donated to the pediatric department of the Oscar Lambret Center, in order to support associative projects and improve the quality of life of young patients.

L’association Cheer Up! Centrale Lille organise, le samedi 18 octobre 2025, une grande journée autour du cancer du sein au Parc du Héron à Villeneuve-d’Ascq.
Cette course caritative, ouverte à tous, propose deux distances au choix : 5 km ou 10 km, avec des départs prévus à 10h et 12h, ainsi qu’un départ libre possible entre 10h et 14h.
Cet événement sera également un temps de sensibilisation et de partage. Des stands d’information et des interventions de médecins du Centre Oscar Lambret permettront d’échanger sur la recherche, la prévention et l’accompagnement des jeunes atteints de cancer.
L’intégralité des bénéfices sera reversée au service de pédiatrie du Centre Oscar Lambret, afin de soutenir des projets associatifs et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des jeunes patients.

De vereniging Cheer up! Centrale Lille organiseert op zaterdag 18 oktober 2025 een grote dag rond borstkanker in het Parc du Héron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Deze liefdadigheidswedstrijd, die voor iedereen toegankelijk is, biedt twee afstanden: 5 km of 10 km, met vertrektijden om 10:00 uur en 12:00 uur, en een gratis start mogelijk tussen 10:00 en 14:00 uur.
Dit evenement zal ook een tijd van bewustzijn en uitwisseling zijn. Informatiestands en interventies van artsen van het Oscar Lambret Center zullen discussies mogelijk maken over onderzoek, preventie en ondersteuning van jongeren met kanker.
Alle winst wordt gedoneerd aan de pediatrische afdeling van het Oscar Lambret Center, om associatieve projecten te ondersteunen en de levenskwaliteit van jonge patiënten te verbeteren.
