Clothing repair workshop

The impact of our clothing consumption and the industry that produces it on the climate is well known. But what are the alternatives? How can we take care of our environment and still dress the way we want? Come with your jeans with holes, your untucked shirt or even your torn socks, the Apesigned workshop will accompany you in the revaluation of your clothes so that you can wear them for a few more years! A free workshop where we will learn the basics of sewing with our old clothes/fabrics by over-layering them into new unique creations.
To do this, you need to sort through your old clothes/fabrics and take the ones you like in order to repair them or transform them into new products such as a scrunchy, a dry hot water bottle or an eco-responsible wipe.
This workshop is suitable for children from 10 years old accompanied by adults
This event takes place on the first Sunday of the month, so it is free of charge and there is no need to register in advance, but it is subject to availability when you arrive.

L'impact de notre consommation de vêtements et de l'industrie qui en découle sur le climat n'est plus à démontrer. Mais quelles sont les alternatives ? Comment peut-on prendre soin de notre environnement tout en s'habillant comme on le souhaite ? Venez avec votre jean troué, votre chemise décousue ou même vos chaussettes déchirées, l’atelier Apesigned vous accompagne dans la re valorisation de votre vêtement pour vous permettre de le porter encore quelques années! Un atelier gratuit ou nous apprendrons les bases de la couture avec nos vieux habits/ tissus en les surcylants en de nouvelles créations uniques.
Pour cela il faut:
Faire le tri dans vos vieux habits/ tissus et prendre ceux dont vous aimez les motifs/ matières pour pouvoir les réparer ou les transformer dans de nouveaux produits comme par exemple au choix: un chouchou, une bouillotte sèche ou une lingette éco-responsable.
Cet atelier est adapté aux enfants dès 10 ans accompagnés d’adultes.
Cet événement se déroule dans le cadre du premier dimanche du mois, il est donc gratuit et sans inscription au préalable mais dans la limite des places disponibles au moment de votre arrivée.
