ANTIGEL / SHOEGAZE / DARK FOLK / SOFT DOOM

Composer and guitarist with a strong background, Emma Ruth Rundle has been pushing the boundaries of folk music for more than ten years. Experimenting with a hovering, dark and vaporous sound, it is on the side of post-rock, dream pop and doom that his music takes root. As sensitive as it is distressing, the sparkling darkness of the young musician is felt as much as it is heard. Each concert is as much ceremonial as deliverance.

EMMA RUTH RUNDLE
Dark, intimate and buzzing, Emma Ruth Rundle's shoegaze folk crosses a whole palette of sounds and moods. Between enlightened pop and foggy post-rock, the musician has made sound layers one of her great signatures. Former guitarist in the dream-pop group Nocturnes as well as Red Sparrowes, it is now solo that the American composer develops her universe by multiplying collaborations with a pronounced taste for nebulous compositions.
