This exhibition lifts the veil of intimacy by evoking, through text and images, some of the questions to which sexual life has been subjected for half a century, within the framework of the scientific activities of the Maurice Chalumeau Center in sexual sciences. The questions thus addressed are not so much to recall the answers that have been given to them, sometimes contradictory, as to awaken their questioning force. For the new narratives of intimacy in which the sciences have taken part over the last five decades, in connection with profound cultural, societal and political changes, are still in constant evolution today.
