Art en Vieille-Ville (AVV) - Joint Opening
39th edition of AVV - 16 exhibitions, guided tours, Walk & Talk, meetings with artists

This fall, Geneva’s Old Town is once again transforming into a vast open-air art exhibition where traditional art, photography, sculpture, printmaking, and contemporary art come together.
From Marta Blanc at Art Resonance to Jérôme Zonder at the Gowen Lab, from sacred figures at De Jonckheere to the 17th-century masters from Antwerp to Amsterdam at Salomon Lilian, and from the group exhibitions “Momentum” at Mabe Gallery and “Introducing” at Opera, the exhibits echo one another and flow seamlessly.
Sonia Zannettacci draws on New Realism for a poetic reinterpretation of the urban landscape, while Rosa Turetsky invites Natacha Mercier and Jean-Louis Perrot into a dialogue. The exploration continues at L’Exemplaire, where Alexandre de Spengler’s engravings engage with Futurism, featured at Illibrairie.
This 39th edition of AVV also marks the arrival of two new institutional partners, the Geneva Center for Photography and SaSA—the Saint-Antoine Archaeological Site—an opportunity to further broaden the Association’s horizons and strengthen the ties between art, heritage, and culture.
So let’s push open the doors and let ourselves be swept away by the momentum.
