In der römischen Stadt empfängt das Theater Philippe-Léotard populäre Shows, die Musik, Gesang und Tanz miteinander verbinden. Als Erbe der griechischen Kultur hat der Plan die Form eines Plenarsaals, in dem sich die Tribünen in Fächern vor der Bühne öffnen. Eine Wand schließt die Perspektive im Rücken der Schauspieler und beherbergt ein geschnitztes Dekor.
Das Theater Forum Iulii, das im ersten Jahrhundert n. Chr. erbaut wurde, fügt sich in das nordöstliche Viertel der Stadt in der Nähe des Roms ein. Die noch erhaltenen Überreste machen die Gesamtstruktur des Gebäudes lesbar und lassen die Dimensionen und die prunkvolle Einrichtung dieses monumentalen Gebäudes erahnen.

In the Roman city, the Philippe-Léotard theater hosts popular shows combining music, singing and dance. Heritage of Greek culture, the plan takes the form of a hemicycle where the bleachers open in a fan in front of the stage. A wall closes the perspective on the back of the actors and hosts a carved decor.
The Iulii Forum Theatre, built in the 1st century AD, is located in the north-eastern district of the city near the Porte de Rome. The remains still in elevation make the overall structure of the building readable and let us imagine the dimensions and the decor of this monumental building.

Nella città romana, il teatro Philippe-Léotard ospita spettacoli popolari che combinano musica, canto e danza. Patrimonio della cultura greca, il piano prende la forma di un emiciclo dove le gradinate si aprono in un ventilatore davanti al palco. Un muro chiude la prospettiva sul retro degli attori e ospita un arredamento intagliato.
Il Teatro del foro Iulii, costruito nel i secolo d.C., si trova nel quartiere nord-orientale della città vicino alla porte de Rome. I resti ancora in quota rendono leggibile la struttura complessiva dell'edificio e immaginiamo le dimensioni e l'arredamento di questo edificio monumentale.

Dans la ville romaine, le théâtre Philippe-Léotard reçoit des spectacles populaires mêlant la musique, le chant et la danse. Héritage de la culture grecque, le plan épouse la forme d’un hémicycle où les gradins s’ouvrent en éventail face à la scène. Un mur ferme la perspective dans le dos des acteurs et accueille un décor sculpté.
Le théâtre de Forum Iulii, édifié au Ier siècle de notre ère, s’insère dans le quartier nord-est de la ville à proximité de la Porte de Rome. Les vestiges encore en élévation rendent lisible la structure globale du bâtiment et laissent imaginer les dimensions et le décor d’apparat de cet édifice monumental.

En la ciudad romana, el teatro Philippe-Léotard acoge espectáculos populares que combinan música, canto y danza. Patrimonio de la cultura griega, el plan toma la forma de un hemiciclo donde las gradas se abren en un abanico frente al escenario. Una pared cierra la perspectiva en la parte posterior de los actores y alberga una decoración tallada.
El Teatro Iulii Forum, construido en el siglo I d.C., está situado en el distrito noreste de la ciudad, cerca de la Puerta de Roma. Los restos aún en elevación hacen legible la estructura general del edificio e imaginamos las dimensiones y la decoración de este edificio monumental.
