The most famous of composers
Famed composer of films by Hayao Miyazaki and Takeshi Kitano, Joe Hisaishi takes over the Bordeaux Auditorium for an exceptional concert. The fairytale worlds he has created draw on the swirling orchestration of Maurice Ravel's La Valse, which he will conduct alongside a new work for harp and orchestra, an instrument that has already been featured in Le Château dans le ciel and Mon voisin Totoro.

Thursday February 27 at 7 p.m.: Rencontre avec Joe Hisaishi, Auditorium (Salle Dutilleux). Program on tour at the Philharmonie de Paris (March 2 and 3).

On the steps of the Grand-Théâtre, in the open air, the Chœur de l'Opéra offers a musical moment as part of the Ouvre la voix festival: a traveling cyclo-musical festival organized by the Rock School Barbey, combining tangible and intangible heritage (bike rides, music and discovery of local products).
