Maria RADUCANU Quartet
Concert : Maria Raducanu brings a very personal touch to traditional Romanian music.
Maria Raducanu brings a very personal touch to traditional Romanian music. Balkan folk and fado, flamenco lullabies and Russian romances, jazz standards and Sephardic melodramas, tango and bossa-nova...
She pays tribute to traditional music, genuine expressions of popular sensitivities, but also to jazz, the ultimate symbol of musical freedom. Her aim is to use pure emotion to reintroduce the public to numerous folk themes, sweeping aside conventions and prejudices. Her music is bewitching and allows her to return to her roots and retrace her origins.
The performance will be followed by a tasting of a glass of wine.
