Bianca Berger is a dancer and choreographer from Ticino who earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Choreography from the Danish National School of Performing Arts in Copenhagen, while also studying mathematics at the University of Bologna. Her research explores the connection between mathematics and dance.
During this residency, she will analyze how mathematics can become a choreographic tool and how certain mathematical concepts translate into movement.
Free admission, doors open at 6:45 pm

Les Jeudis du H107 sont des instants laboratoires, des moments d’ouverture, de discussion et de rencontre sur le travail en cours entre les artistes en résidence et le public.

Bianca Berger est une danseuse et chorégraphe tessinoise qui a obtenu le Bachelor en Danse et Chorégraphie à la Danish National School of Performing Arts de Copenhague, tout en poursuivant en parallèle des études de mathématiques à l’Université de Bologne. Sa recherche explore la connexion entre les mathématiques et la danse.
Dans cette résidence, elle va analyser comment les mathématiques peuvent devenir un outil chorégraphique et comment certains concepts mathématiques se traduisent en mouvement.
