Visit and small workshop(studio)
An invitation to observe the funny of present animals in the work of Yuan Chin-taa, Taiwanese contemporary artist (ant, ladybird, butterfly, frog, fish, tortoise, bird, cockerel and hen, tiger, hippocampus, pig), in the collections of the museum and in the garden. Photographies and specimens of insects are put in contact with their representation on the decorative works of art.
In the course of visit, we become aware that we all have no same report(relationship) with small animals " and nature, and that the small animals have a role in ecosystems.
Small workshop(studio): naturalistic animal (what is the morphology of the ant, of the butterfly or of the ladybird?) or imaginary animal.
Naturoptère (Sérignan-du-Comtat – 84) invests(surrounds) the museum to offer a new reading of the fauna(crowd) represented in the collection of decorative arts.
