At the natural history museum, in his taxidermy workshop, Mr. Clément makes the final touches to a seagull. Under his fingers, the bird's heart palpitates. In the workshop, the animals come to life and talk.
Darwin gives way to the Brothers Grimm. A frog sulks his toad, a man becomes a wolf, a woman gives birth to a hedgehog child.

Au musée d’histoire naturelle, dans son atelier de taxidermie, Monsieur Clément apporte les dernières retouches à une mouette. Sous ses doigts, le cœur de l’oiseau palpite. Dans l’atelier, les animaux s’animent et parlent.
Darwin cède sa place aux frères Grimm. Une grenouille boude son crapaud, un homme devient loup, une femme met au monde un enfant-hérisson.
