From April 21 to July 8, 2018, Ferme d'en Haut presents the work of the artist Amadou Fatoumata Ba from recycled tires.
Amadou Fatoumata Ba discovered tires in Senegal; they litter the streets and beaches... The artist sculptor-designer appropriates them to create sculptures and furniture, he transforms them into animals, characters… Working exclusively with tyres, manually, without machine or cast iron or heating, he stacks, braids and models, with the sole force of hands and arms, materials that have a history: various tires, inner tubes… It features sculptures and furniture.

Focus on exhibitions around design
On the occasion of spring, two design exhibitions highlight the recycling process of selected materials. The outdoor spaces of the Farm welcome the tire sculptures of Amadou Ba and the exhibition room the various participatory creations of the collective Faubourg 132.
Exhibitions open on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 7pm. Free admission.
