It’s autumn and the site of Prés du Hem has adorned itself with its most beautiful colors to welcome you one last time. In hedgerows in particular, dogwood, viornes, prunes and hawthorns offer myriad bright red, carmine red, petrol blue or ink black fruits. They are juicy and have been made with water, so precious, drawn from the depths of the earth. And today, there is only to be used. But beware, not all of them are edible. Some birds will throw themselves on them, others will shun them. And we in all this? A two-hour walk to marvel at the power of water, the beauty of hedges, and to discern the fruits-pleasure of fruit-danger. As a bonus, one or the other recipe at the end!
