As rain falls in São Paulo, in an unassuming apartment building, a chance Grindr hookup escalates into a frenzied orgy. As the day wears on and into the late hours of the night, Matias and his new lovers bond over sex and an abundance of drugs, and he opens up about his life—his HIV status, his former partners, his relationship with drugs, and his hopes for the future in a post-pandemic world. In his feverish state, he is visited by the iconic character G.H., a figure from Clarice Lispector’s novel The Passion According to G.H.
In an extraordinarily free form, blending naked bodies and simulated drug use, the filmmaker creates an odyssey of magical realism in a gay bedroom. A surrealist and gothic fantasy that explores the themes of sexuality, intimacy, and self-reflection, with captivating power.

Alors que la pluie tombe à São Paulo, dans un immeuble sans prétention, une connexion aléatoire de Grindr se développe en une orgie frénétique. Au fil de la journée et jusque tard dans la nuit, Matias et ses nouveaux amants se lient autour du sexe et d’une abondance de drogues, et il se confie sur sa vie — son statut VIH, ses anciens partenaires, sa relation avec la drogue, son espoir d’avenir dans un monde post-pandémique. Dans son état de surchauffe, il est visité par le personnage iconique, G.H., figure du roman de Clarice Lispector, La Passion selon G.H.
Dans une forme extraordinairement libre, mêlant corps nus et simulacre de consommation de drogues, le cinéaste crée une odyssée de réalisme magique en chambre gay. Un fantasme surréaliste et gothique qui se penche sur les thèmes de la sexualité, de l’intimité et de l’autoréflexion, d’une force captivante.
