L'Été Métropolitain, culture in the great outdoors!

Summer is one of those precious moments when time lulls us into a lightness conducive to discovery and contemplation. Suspending its elusive course, it offers us a welcome break from the daily grind. It's when it's time for these privileged moments, when the ordinary gives way to the unexpected, that Été métropolitain spreads its surprising and offbeat programme to the four corners of the territory.
Every year since 2012, the city has been transformed into a veritable artistic oasis, where everyone is invited to come and drink in the many different forms that art takes today.

Nearly 150 events every summer

Throughout the summer, the city's natural and heritage sites come alive with a host of events combining music, dance, reading, theatre, circus, gastronomy and more.
A permanent invitation to explore the region, these cultural holidays promise a change of scenery. Commune after commune, from dawn to dusk, nearly two months of non-stop entertainment await you.
