More than an environmental garden, the Park Jean-Jacques Rousseau is one of the most beautiful park to factories of the 18th century offered to visit. His most emblematic visitor, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, crossed(spent) to it last weeks of his life before being buried on the Island of Poplars there. Sixty hectares of the current park represent only a part(party) of a large set(group) conceived(designed) from 1763 by the marquess come back to life - louis of Girardin. The gardens of Ermenonville, established(constituted) around the castle, included(comprised) the park north of the latter(this last) and the 'Desert ' located in the northwest, and were near 200 hectares.
