Tuesday, May 20, 2025, come and have a little chat without hunger around the new course space featuring L'ART DANS TOUT Imagined on a model more Anglo-Saxon than French, and faithful to its founding beliefs, La Piscine plays a back-and-forth game between its open-plan collections: painting, sculpture, textiles, fashion, decorative art, design... Accompanied by significant support from the Cercle des Entreprises Mécènes de La Piscine, with assistance from the Ministry of Culture and the Hauts-de-France Region, the purchase in 2023 of an exceptional wardrobe designed by C. Olinger, manufactured by Mathias Ginsbach, with a remarkable contribution of the sculptors Auguste Rodin and Ernest-Eugène Hiolle is a new strong sign of affirmation of this singularity in the French museum landscape. It is to affirm this commitment that a new space is now dedicated to the presentation of elements from the collections of Roubaix pertaining to the principle of applied arts by associating, with each revealed example, the name of an artist belonging to the fine arts with that of a craftsman, of a workshop or a company known for their implementation of "utilitarian" projects.

Imaginée sur un modèle plus anglo-saxon que français, et fidèle à ses convictions fondatrices, La Piscine multiplie un jeu d'aller-et-retour entre ses collections décloisonnées : peinture, sculpture, textile, mode, art décoratif, design ... Accompagné d'un important soutien du Cercle des Entreprises Mécènes de La Piscine, d’une aide du ministère de la Culture et de la Région Hauts-de-France, l'achat, en 2023, d'une exceptionnelle armoire conçue par C. Olinger, fabriquée par Mathias Ginsbach, avec une contribution remarquable des sculpteurs Auguste Rodin et Ernest-Eugène Hiolle est un nouveau signe fort d'affirmation de cette singularité dans le paysage muséal français.
C'est pour affirmer cet engagement qu’un nouvel espace est désormais dédié à la présentation d'éléments des collections roubaisiennes relevant du principe des arts-appliqués en associant, à chaque exemple révélé, le nom d'un artiste relevant des beaux-arts à celui d'un artisan, d'un atelier ou d'une entreprise connus pour leurs mises en œuvre de projets « utilitaires ».

Eén uur, één blik. Ontmoet een dinsdag per maand een werk, artiest of thema met een gids voor ongeveer 30 minuten. De discussie gaat dan, samen, verder in het museumrestaurant. Feest op!
Dinsdag 20 mei 2025 , Kom chatten zonder honger rond de nieuwe ruimte van de cursus brengen KUNST IN ALLES Het zwembad, dat is gebaseerd op een model dat meer Angelsaksisch dan Frans is en trouw is aan de grondbeginselen, vermenigvuldigt een spel van heen en weer tussen zijn open collecties: Schilderen, beeldhouwkunst, textiel, mode, decoratieve kunst ontwerp ... Vergezeld van aanzienlijke steun van de Cercle des Entreprises Patrons de la Piscine, bijstand van het ministerie van Cultuur en de regio Hauts-de-France, de aankoop, in 2023, van een uitzonderlijke kabinet ontworpen door C. Olinger, vervaardigd door Mathias Ginsbach, Met een opmerkelijke bijdrage van beeldhouwers Auguste Rodin en Ernest-Eugène Hiolle is een nieuw sterk teken van bevestiging van deze eigenaardigheid in het Franse museumlandschap. Het is om deze verbintenis te bevestigen dat er nu een nieuwe ruimte is gewijd aan de presentatie van elementen van de Roemeense collecties die vallen onder het principe van de toegepaste kunst door, met elk geopenbaard voorbeeld, de naam van een kunstenaar die behoort tot de beeldende kunsten te associëren met die van een ambachtsman, een werkplaats of bedrijf dat bekend staat om hun "utility" project implementaties.
