Ehemaliger Sitz der Compagnie des mines de Vicoigne-Nœux-Drocourt, ist die Residenz La Vicoigne ein wichtiger Zeuge der lokalen Bergbaugeschichte. Die ab 1875 errichteten Grands Bureaux bildeten das Verwaltungszentrum der Firma, inmitten eines großen Komplexes aus Werkstätten, Geschäften und Verkaufsstellen.
Die Architektur des Geländes besticht durch seinen zentralen Pavillon, der von zwei Flügeln und eckigen Pavillons umgeben ist, sowie durch seine alten Werkstätten, die im Hinterhof angeordnet sind. Zwischen den beiden Weltkriegen wurde ein Teil des Gebäudes in einem eleganten Art-déco-Stil umgebaut, der diesem historischen Ensemble einen modernen Touch verleiht.
Das Gebäude, das im Jahr 2005 von Pas-de-Calais Habitat vollständig saniert wurde, beherbergt heute 38 Wohnungen und bewahrt dennoch seinen historischen Charakter. Die denkmalgeschützte Residenz La Vicoigne veranschaulicht elegant das industrielle Erbe, das das Gebiet geprägt hat.

Former headquarters of the Compagnie des mines de Vicoigne-Nœux-Drocourt, the residence La Vicoigne is a major witness to local mining history. Built from 1875, the Grands Bureaux were the administrative center of the company, at the heart of a vast ensemble including workshops, stores and sheds.
The architecture of the site seduces with its central pavilion framed by two wings and corner pavilions, as well as its old workshops arranged in the backyard. Between the two wars, part of the building was transformed into an elegant Art Deco style, bringing a touch of modernity to this heritage ensemble.
Fully rehabilitated by Pas-de-Calais habitat in 2005, the building now houses 38 units while preserving its historic character. Listed as a heritage site, the La Vicoigne residence elegantly illustrates the industrial heritage that has shaped the area.

Ex sede della Compagnie des mines de Vicoigne-Nœux-Drocourt, la residenza La Vicoigne è un testimone importante della storia mineraria locale. Edificati a partire dal 1875, i Grandi Uffici costituivano il centro amministrativo della compagnia, nel cuore di un vasto complesso comprendente laboratori, negozi e magazzini.
L'architettura del sito seduce per il suo padiglione centrale incorniciato da due ali e da padiglioni angolari, nonché per i suoi vecchi laboratori disposti in cortile. Tra le due guerre, una parte dell'edificio è stata trasformata in un elegante stile Art Déco, apportando un tocco di modernità a questo complesso storico.
Completamente restaurato da Pas-de-Calais habitat nel 2005, l'edificio ospita oggi 38 alloggi pur conservando il suo carattere storico. Classificata come patrimonio, la residenza La Vicoigne illustra con eleganza il retaggio industriale che ha plasmato il territorio.

L'architecture du site séduit par son pavillon central encadré de deux ailes et de pavillons d'angle, ainsi que par ses anciens ateliers disposés en arrière-cour. Entre les deux guerres, une partie du bâtiment a été transformée dans un élégant style Art Déco, apportant une touche de modernité à cet ensemble patrimonial.
Entièrement réhabilité par Pas-de-Calais habitat en 2005, le bâtiment accueille aujourd'hui 38 logements tout en préservant son caractère historique. Classée au patrimoine, la résidence La Vicoigne illustre avec élégance l'héritage industriel qui a façonné le territoire.

Construidas a partir de 1875, las Grandes Oficinas constituían el centro administrativo de la compañía, en el corazón de un vasto conjunto que comprendía talleres, tiendas y almacenes.
La arquitectura del sitio seduce por su pabellón central enmarcado por dos alas y pabellones de esquina, así como por sus antiguos talleres dispuestos en patio trasero. Entre las dos guerras, una parte del edificio fue transformada en un elegante estilo Art Déco, aportando un toque de modernidad a este conjunto patrimonial.
Totalmente rehabilitado por Pas-de-Calais habitat en 2005, el edificio alberga actualmente 38 viviendas conservando su carácter histórico. Clasificada como patrimonio, la residencia La Vicoigne ilustra con elegancia el legado industrial que ha dado forma al territorio.
