Saturday, June 1 from 10 to 12 and Sunday_,_ June 2 from 15 to 17 the Botanical Garden of Villa Monastero adheres to the initiative Appointment in the Garden, proposed by the Apgi -Association parks and gardens of Italy under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and ANCI-National Association of Italian Municipalities. Visitors can visit the Garden of Villa Monastero, renovated thanks to the PNRR project "Enhancement of the identity of the historic Garden of Villa Monastero" funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU, accompanied by experts from the Minoprio Foundation, that will describe the different environments and botanical characters of the garden, identifying the most important specimens. The guided tour will take place in Italian and English. In harmony with the theme of the 2024 edition, The Five Senses in the Garden, the visit will focus on the sensory experiences that the Botanical Garden of Villa Monastero can offer, with its characteristic Mediterranean vegetation.
