It is a Castle of the 17th century 15 minutes from Rennes which is classified historical monument, it is an old Châtellerie which exercised a right of high justice in Brittany. The castle belonged to the Lord of Poligné who was called Guillaume. Formerly called Bois-Guillaume from which the name «glaume wood», the building was originally a medieval castle.
Today the Castle opens its doors for guest rooms, rental, guided tours, walk in the park.
