Built at the beginning of the XVIIth century by the counts of Anglure, the Castle was the relay of the kings of France on the Eastern road.
The numerous ponds and fountains(water jets) that you will see glittering in its park made the astonishment of Louis XIV. Louis XVI recognised by it, during flight(leak) in Varennes, the village house of its first manservant, Claude de Chamilly.
On this 20 hectare domain, you will be able to visit the kitchen garden, a big(great) garden in terraces and an English-style park with ponds and natural fountains(water jets), as well as the wood.
On Saturdays from 15 h till 16 h: guided tour of the park with historic comment.
