  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
A 20-hectare English-style park, designed in 1827 by gardener Louis-Bernard Fischer, accompanying a late 17th-century chartreuse designed by architect Victor Louis. The park has retained its original perimeter, remarkable 200-year-old trees, ponds and a long plane tree alley. It is accessible to the public on the weekends of the plant festivals and Rendez-vous aux Jardins (dates on [www.tauzia.fr](http://www.tauzia.fr), admission fee). Free visit of the park and the castle on heritage weekend, guided tour of the rotunda.
