On the occasion of the Rendez-vous aux jardins, the Morvan Regional Natural Park offers introductory and advanced courses in orchard maintenance. Organized in partnership with the association of «Croqueurs de Pommes» section Auxois-Morvan, these courses allow amateurs to better know the essential gestures to bring to the trees each year, to ensure them a good health and a good fruit production.
This course will also aim to help you better know the insects that walk on your trees, whether they are friends or enemies. In order to have beautiful fruits and healthy trees, trainees will learn to better control insect pests, parasites, naturally with the help of auxiliary insects.

The house of the park in Saint-Brisson is an area of 40 hectares, open to the public that includes both the headquarters of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, two museums, a multitude of educational facilities, a herbularium, a regional nature reserve, a bistro, as well as the Tourism House of the Morvan Regional Natural Park.
It is located in the former property of the «castle» of Saint-Brisson, dating from the early nineteenth century. The gardens are in part due to the Count of Choulot, famous landscaper of the nineteenth century. The property was then remodelled in the early 1930s before becoming the seat of the Morvan Regional Nature Park in 1975.
