Three railings(bars) richly adorned with jars on fire(light) and with baskets of fruits open on this rare French-style garden in hollow, maybe established in the staves(moats) of the old(former) fortified castle. As in the kitchen garden of the King, the high walls protect from the wind and trap the heat which, at night, will be restored to the fragile buds.
