Le Jardin du Berc Sec

The Jardin du Bec Sec is a contemporary landscaped garden of 6500m² in front of a house of the Touraine architect Jean-Yves Barrier, built in 1985\. A small vineyard house or Caburoche welcomes visitors at the entrance of the park. Hedges around the garden, for birds. Many flowering shrubs and fruit trees including twenty cherry and walnut trees... many perennials in spring and summer: alstroemerias, daylilies, irises, peonies, roses that bloom wonderfully in June. A path of tulip trees from Virginia, a huge catalpa to stay in the shade, a japonica sophora, oaks and maples at the bottom of the park, some bamboos from Anduze and biodiversity!
