From the 11th century, medieval man became a being of emotions. He discovered and enjoyed the garden through the five senses. And, as evidenced by the courteous literature and especially the famous Roman de la Rose, the garden becomes, then, the place of the meeting in love, the practice of arts and entertainment. On the occasion of this 21st edition of the Rendez-vous aux jardin, (re)discover by the senses and through medieval sources the Jardin de la Fontaine de vie.
