Following successive renovations, the moat has been transformed into pieces of water and a double row of French doors allows to admire the park. The estate today consists of a building of 500 square meters of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, built on the ruins of castle of the twelfth century. Actor and actor Jean Claude Brialy acquired the property in 1960\. The ultimate proof of his attachment to Meaux, he bequeathed it to the city before disappearing, in order to preserve the memory of this place dedicated to artists and creation.
