The Country of art and of history(story) of the Ancient country-houses of Rouergue consists of 6 municipalities: Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Najac, Villeneuve-d' Aveyron, Bas-Ségala, Rieupeuroux and Sauveterre-de-Rouergue. On the West from the Aveyron, between Limestone plateau and Ségala, peculiar environmental entities of which are organised on both sides of the valley and gorges(breasts) of the Aveyron, he(it) receives(holds) an urbanistic, architectural and environmental heritage of a big(great) wealth and of a big(great) diversity.
