This walk to discover the family gardens on the banks of the Marne is proposed by the city of Créteil and the CAUE94, from the new gardens at the tip of the island Brise-Pain to the older gardens along the towpath. How did the river and the islands of Créteil evolve over time and build the country reputation of the place? Guided by an architect from the Conseil d'Architecture, d'Urbanisme et de l'Environnement (CAUE) of Val-de-Marne, this two-hour walk will evoke the landscape and urban peculiarities of this bucolic and unknown district of Créteil.
