During this workshop dedicated to photography staging, and guided by the talented photographer Alexa Brunet, participants explore how to build a photo that illustrates a concept, an idea, an emotion. Beyond the simple capture of images, Alexa Brunet reveals how the skillful use of light, color, perspective, movement, accessories and subjects themselves weaves a true visual story.
Influenced by cinema, painting and literature, Alexa Brunet has been making symbolic photographs over the past few years, mixing absurdity, humour and poetics. Through scripted images, she shows her interpretation of societal subjects such as the traps of technology, housing, beliefs or drifts of industrial agriculture.
