Sylvia’s culinary workshop will take you to the kitchens of antiquity. You will be immersed in the smells of exotic and Mediterranean cuisines and surprised by the textures of the preparations: patinae, minutales… Learn to combine spices, spices and other condiments that enchanted the palaces of the Gallo-Romans. Continuous workshop, led by Sylvie Campech of the Culinary Talks.
Highlight: Talk and tasting at 6:30 pm (on reservation)

At the heart of the village, on a 1,7 hectare site dominating Etang de Thau, this garden, unique(only) in France and on the Mediterranean Basin, is a shop window(showcase) of Mediterranean gasolines(essences) maintained according to traditional techniques. Across seven original creations (gardens and thematic wood), he(it) proposes an introduction in the botanical archaeology of Greek and Gallo-Roman worlds (agriculture(farming) and horticulture, sacred and mythology, medicine, cooking(kitchen), beauty product).
Open from March 21st till November 15th.
