Designed and planted during the years 1816 and 1817, the square of Boulingrin was, for almost two centuries, the main public garden of the prefecture of the Haute-Marne.
Today, it is not only the most frequented park in the city, but also a gateway to the city center, crossroads between tree-lined boulevards and historic center.
This very passing place illustrates perfectly the subject "Stone gardens, garden stones". It hosts as much an exceptional heritage by its trees as by its statuary, its fountain or its kiosk!
