On the occasion of the national event «RDV aux jardins», the Botanical Garden will offer an entertainment program for the general public on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 June 2023. A participatory science workshop on the theme of insect pollinators is open to all curious!
Equipped with your camera and/or your smartphone, come observe the insects of the Botanical Garden, learn to recognize them and contribute to the pollinator insect monitoring program thanks to the explanations of an animator of Spipoll Bordeaux Métropole.*
Animation proposed as part of the scientific partnership of the Jardin botanique de Bordeaux with the Spipoll Bordeaux Métropole for the exhibition "Insecta corporation, plants and insects in the garden" presented until September 17, 2023.

• Animation available from 12 years
• The optics of your smartphone’s camera must be of good quality for the photos to be usable by scientists. If you have a smartphone, we recommend that you download the "Spipoll" app from the store (not required to attend the workshop).
