Wine and chocolate tasting from Domaine Ciry-Cattaneo and Marion les Chocolats from 7p.m to 9p.m.
"A mobile oeunologist, David Ciru travels around the Mediterranean basin, giving his advice to wine producers in Malteand Lebanon. In 2015, at his Minervois base, he produced his own vintage, la Malabestia, a wine of controlled power with a beautiful history. There will be commented tasting of his own selection, in resonance with the chocolates of Marion Cattanéo, MARION LES CHOCOLATS, specially created to bring out the aromas of the wines presented."

Dégustation des vins du Domaine Ciry Cattanéo et de chocolats de Marion les Chocolats de 19h à 21h.
"Retour au pays avec David Ciry. Oeunologue volant parcourant le bassin méditerranéen, il crée en 2015, avec sa femme Marion, le DOMAINE CIRY-CATTANEO. Dégustation de 5 belles cuvées, en harmonie avec les chocolats de Marion Cattanéo, MARION LES CHOCOLATS, spécialement imaginés pour révéler les arômes des vins."
