Improvisers love to experiment with ideas that are beyond them. This is a good excuse to delve into the mechanics of Georges Feydeau, to construct stories from which we no longer know how to escape. Feel in the moment the danger and the joy of misunderstandings. In short, being in trouble!
On stage, the five actors find themselves in the same predicament as the characters. In a common momentum, the performers rush into the organized chaos and share with the public this joyful art of imbalance.
Created in June 2012, the Slalom Company is made up of ten actors, from both the theatrical and improvisation sectors. She develops collective work in order to create projects inspired by the works of great theater authors where improvisation occupies a central place. After Le Molière improvised then I just wanted to avenge my father and then things got complicated, La Mécanique du périn was born in February 2023, the third original creation from the Vevey company.

Chez Feydeau, les personnages se retrouvent piégés dans des avalanches de rencontres inopinées, de mensonges et de cachotteries : c’est le pétrin ! Improviser Feydeau, vraiment ?
Les improvisateurs adorent se frotter aux idées qui les dépassent. Voilà une bonne excuse pour se plonger dans la mécanique de Georges Feydeau, pour construire des histoires dont on ne sait plus se sortir. Ressentir dans l’instant le danger et la joie des quiproquos. Bref, être dans le pétrin !
Sur scène, les cinq acteurs se retrouvent dans le même pétrin que les personnages. Dans un élan commun, les interprètes se précipitent dans le chaos organisé et partagent avec le public cet art joyeux du déséquilibre.
Créée en juin 2012, la Compagnie Slalom est composée de dix comédiens et comédiennes, issus à la fois du milieu théâtral et du milieu de l’improvisation. Elle développe un travail collectif afin de créer des projets inspirés d’œuvres de grands auteurs de théâtre où l’improvisation occupe une place centrale. Après Le Molière improvisé puis Je voulais juste venger mon père et ensuite les choses se sont compliquées, naît en février 2023 La Mécanique du pétrin, troisième création originale de la compagnie veveysane.
