The 2016 Games for Change Europe Festival will take place June 9-10, in the beautiful conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris. The theme this year is Immigration, Integration, and Self–Esteem Restoration: The Power of Videogames.
The 2016 Games for Change Europe Festival will take place June 9-10, in the beautiful Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris. "Our purpose is to inspire the videogame industry to step in and help find solutions to tackle one of the most important issues of our century: Immigration. It’s our belief that the videogame industry can have a significant impact in areas like the restoration of self-esteem to refugees; educating the public on immigration issues; integrating migrants into new cultures; and many more."

Games for Change Europe Festival (du 9 au 10 juin au Musée du CNAM à Paris) sera consacré cette année à “Immigration, Intégration, Restauration de l’Estime de Soi: l’impact des jeux vidéo”.
L’objectif est d’encourager l’industrie du jeu vidéo à s’impliquer dans les problématiques associées à la thématique de l’immigration et à initier différents projets qui seront développés dans les mois à venir. Nous pensons en effet que les jeux vidéo, sans pouvoir prétendre à résoudre toutes les problématiques infiniment complexes liées à l’immigration, ont un rôle à jouer dans différents domaines où ils excellent : Restauration de l’estime de soi, Aide à l’intégration, Education alternative, etc.
