Nice Outings - Olympic - Santes
Cie Paradoxos
It’s the story of a race, on the spot, that does not advance and has no goal. Four athletes enter, life seems to have led them here. They are invited to go into their hallway, follow it and run. Everyone will find out what they are supposed to do. Then comes the coach or the commentator who will push them to perform. Why? We still don’t know. You have understood, they will run (much too much) but also throw (without risk for the public), crash, give up, get up again and in the end, we will still not understand why they do this.
Through the different disciplines of athletics, Olympique questions the relationship between sports performance rituals and our own daily rituals.
