Tour des Lucioles – Solidarity Night Walk
On the occasion of October Rose, the association BACKADOS invites you to participate in the Tour des Lucioles, a friendly and accessible night walk/race organized around the lake of Héron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Beyond raising awareness about breast cancer screening, this event wishes to draw attention to the gender and sexual violence that women may suffer when practicing physical activity in public spaces. Together, let’s make our walking and running spaces places where everyone can practice freely and safely.
Before departure, an introduction to self-defense will be offered to all those who wish.
Each participant will receive an LED light bracelet to symbolically illuminate the course and create a warm and supportive atmosphere. A health supply will be offered upon arrival.
The event is open to everyone, with no level requirement. Come walk with family, friends or colleagues to share a moment of conviviality, prevention and solidarity.

Tour des Lucioles – Marche nocturne solidaire
À l'occasion d'Octobre Rose, l'association BACKADOS vous invite à participer au Tour des Lucioles, une marche/course nocturne conviviale et accessible à tous, organisée autour du lac du Héron à Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Au-delà de la sensibilisation au dépistage du cancer du sein, cet événement souhaite attirer l'attention sur les violences sexistes et sexuelles que peuvent subir les femmes lors de la pratique d'une activité physique dans l'espace public. Ensemble, faisons de nos espaces de marche et de course des lieux où chacune peut pratiquer en toute liberté et en toute sécurité.
Avant le départ, une initiation à la self-défense sera proposée à toutes les personnes qui le souhaitent.
Chaque participant recevra un bracelet lumineux LED afin d'illuminer symboliquement le parcours et de créer une ambiance chaleureuse et solidaire. Un ravitaillement santé sera proposé à l'arrivée.
L'événement est ouvert à tous, sans condition de niveau. Venez marcher en famille, entre amis ou entre collègues pour partager un moment de convivialité, de prévention et de solidarité.

Tour des Lucioles – solidaire avondwandeling
Ter gelegenheid van Oktober Rose nodigt de BACKADOS vereniging u uit om deel te nemen aan de Tour des Lucioles, een vriendelijke nachtwandeling/race die voor iedereen toegankelijk is, georganiseerd rond Lake Heron in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
Dit evenement is niet alleen bedoeld om het bewustzijn van borstkankerscreening te vergroten, maar ook om de aandacht te vestigen op het gendergeweld en seksueel geweld dat vrouwen kunnen ervaren tijdens het uitoefenen van lichaamsbeweging in openbare ruimten. Laten we samen onze wandel- en hardloopruimtes plaatsen maken waar iedereen vrij en veilig kan oefenen.
Voor vertrek wordt een introductie tot zelfverdediging aangeboden aan iedereen die dat wenst.
Elke deelnemer ontvangt een LED-armband om de baan symbolisch te verlichten en een warme en ondersteunende sfeer te creëren. Bij aankomst wordt u een gezonde tankbeurt aangeboden.
Het evenement is voor iedereen toegankelijk, zonder niveauvoorwaarden. Kom wandelen met familie, vrienden of collega's om een moment van gezelligheid, preventie en solidariteit te delen.
