France 2026: living without a job can happen, but without any income at all… how can one put it? Passed in December 2023, the Full Employment Act makes the payment of the RSA conditional upon carrying out 15 hours of work per week. Deeply troubled by the idea that ‘compulsory activities’ could be imposed on millions of people in precarious circumstances, the film’s makers set out to investigate and meet those affected.
