Festival "Place à demain"
The MEL and the national daily Libération organize the festival "Place à demain" on January 27 at the Théâtre du Nord, in Lille. The idea? Propose a day of debates to dialogue between generations.

Confidence in information, in politics, in science, in innovation, in business, in oneself: where are we? How, at 20, to think a more desirable future with lightness and joy? How to have confidence in the future without giving up? The European Metropolis of Lille and the newspaper Libération offer a day of exchanges to believe in the future.
This public event echoes the city’s youth strategy. The MEL voted in October 2023, a renewed and ambitious youth strategy: «#Jeunes en Métropole 2.0» (#JeM2.0). It aims to support young people in their journey towards adulthood and citizenship, based on three fundamental pillars: solidarity, emancipation and commitment.

La MEL et le quotidien national Libération organisent le festival "Place à demain" le 27 janvier au Théâtre du Nord, à Lille. L'idée ? Proposer une journée de débats pour dialoguer entre générations.

Confiance en l’information, en la politique, confiance en la science, en l’innovation, en l’entreprise, en soi : où en est-on ? Comment, à 20 ans, penser un avenir plus désirable avec légèreté et joie ? Comment avoir confiance en l’avenir sans baisser les bras ? La Métropole Européenne de Lille et le journal Libération vous proposent une journée d’échanges pour croire en l’avenir.
Cet événement grand public fait écho à la stratégie de la Métropole en faveur des jeunes. La MEL a voté en octobre 2023, une stratégie jeunesse renouvelée et ambitieuse : « #Jeunes en Métropole 2.0 » (#JeM2.0). Elle vise à soutenir les jeunes dans leur parcours vers l’âge adulte et la citoyenneté, en s’appuyant sur trois piliers fondamentaux : la solidarité, l’émancipation et l’engagement.

Vertrouwen in informatie, in de politiek, in de wetenschap, in innovatie, in het bedrijfsleven, in zichzelf: waar zijn we? Hoe, op zijn 20ste, om een wenselijkere toekomst te bedenken met lichtheid en vreugde? Hoe kan ik vertrouwen hebben in de toekomst zonder op te geven? De Europese metropool van Lille en de krant Libération bieden een dag van uitwisseling om in de toekomst te geloven.
Dit publieke evenement weerspiegelt de jeugdstrategie van de stad. De MEL heeft in oktober 2023 gestemd over een vernieuwde en ambitieuze jeugdstrategie: «#Jeunes en Métropole 2,0» (#JeM2.0). Het heeft tot doel jongeren te ondersteunen in hun reis naar volwassenheid en burgerschap, gebaseerd op drie fundamentele pijlers: Solidariteit, emancipatie en engagement.
