At the end of 1914, the front stabilized in the Fromelles-Aubers sector. Germans and British face each other and must fight a common enemy: water! The Germans went throughout the war to perfect their facilities to master this difficulty. Martial Delebarre, President of Fromelles Weppes Terre de Mémoire, shares this little-known story with you at a conference at the Museum.
