This year, we invite you to discover Eulmont in 1889 at the time of the construction of the Eiffel Tower, built for the centenary of the French Revolution.
Come to Eulmont to check the progress of the production of metal beams produced in Pompey. For the construction of his tower, Gustave Eiffel had his plans stolen. You will therefore go in search of them through an escape game where you will meet a certain number of famous characters of the time: Émile Gallé, Émile Friant, Monseigneur Trouillet, maybe even Queen Victoria! But, watch out! The spies of the German Kaiser are prowling. Will you be able to outsmart their traps and save the Eiffel Tower...?
The game is aimed at 7-77 years old or older, participation is free and the funds raised will be used for the restoration of the church.
Come many! Pancakes and drinks will be offered at the end of the game.

The parish of Eulmont seems to have existed since 959, at the time of the donation by Eve, countess of Chaumontois, and her son, Odalric, future bishop of Reims, of the church of Lay-Saint-Christophe at the abbey of Saint-Arnould de Metz.
At that time, the sanctuary of Eulmont depended on the church of Lay-Saint-Christophe. The modest 10th century building was succeeded by a larger church, perhaps during the 12th century, then in the 14th and 16th centuries.
On 1 May 1339, the duke Raoul de Lorraine decided to put the village under his protection.
The construction of the village church was undertaken by the priors of Lay-Saint-Christophe in the early 16th century. The completion of the construction took place precisely in 1518, and it became an annex to Lay in 1521\. On June 21, 1708, the bishop of Toul detached the church of Eulmont from that of Lay-Saint-Christophe, by erecting it as a branch church.
