Die A2VR (Vereinigung für die Aufwertung der Vanille von La Réunion) lädt Sie ein, sich einen köstlichen Duft vorzustellen, der sich in Ihren Lieblingskuchen, Eis und Getränken wiederfindet. Es ist die Vanille! Lassen Sie sich von seiner unglaublichen Geschichte aus Mexiko, dem Prozess des Anbaus und der Befruchtung, den verschiedenen Vanillesorten und der IGP-Anerkennung von La Réunion Vanille und Saint-Philippe erzählen, deren Ruf weltweit ist!
Ein Spiel zur Platzierung von Aktionen zur Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Vanille wird mit Papierchips eingerichtet, die in aufsteigender Reihenfolge platziert werden. Die Tokens werden den Produktions- und Verarbeitungsweg gemäß der Spezifikation IGP Vanille Insel Réunion verfolgen. Dieser spielerische Workshop wird eingerichtet, um auf unterhaltsame Weise zu lernen, wie die Vanille von der Gabel bis zur Gabel geht.

Questa è la vaniglia! Lasciatevi raccontare la sua incredibile storia dal Messico, il processo di coltivazione e fecondazione, le diverse varietà di vaniglia, e il riconoscimento IGP della vaniglia della Réunion e quella di Saint-Philippe, la cui reputazione è mondiale!
Un gioco di posizionamento delle azioni di produzione e trasformazione della vaniglia sarà impostato con gettoni di carta da posizionare in ordine crescente. I gettoni tracceranno il percorso di produzione e trasformazione in conformità al disciplinare IGP vaniglia isola della Riunione. L'A2VR (Association pour la valorisation de la vanille de La Réunion) vous invite à imaginer un parfum délicieux qui se retrouve dans vos gâteaux, glaces et boissons préférées. C’est la vanille ! Laissez vous raconter son histoire, incroyable depuis le Mexique, le processus de culture et de fécondation,les différentes variétés de vanilles, et la reconnaissance IGP de la vanille de La Réunion et celle de Saint-Philippe dont la réputation est mondiale !
Un jeu de placement des actions de production et transformation de la vanille sera mis en place avec des jetons en papier à placer dans l'ordre croissant. Les jetons traceront le parcours de production et de transformation en conformité avec le cahier des charges IGP vanille île de la Réunion. Cet atelier ludique sera mis en place pour apprendre de manière amusante le parcours que fait la vanille allant de la fourche à la fourchette.

La A2VR (Asociación para la Valorización de la Vainilla de La Reunión) le invita a imaginar una fragancia deliciosa que se encuentra en sus pasteles, helados y bebidas favoritas. ¡Es por la vainilla! ¡Deja que te cuente su historia, increíble desde México, el proceso de cultivo y fecundación, las diferentes variedades de vainilla, y el reconocimiento IGP de la vainilla de La Reunión y la de Saint-Philippe cuya reputación es mundial!
Un juego de colocación de acciones de producción y procesamiento de vainilla se establecerá con fichas de papel para colocar en orden ascendente. Las fichas trazarán el recorrido de producción y transformación de acuerdo con el pliego de condiciones IGP vainilla isla de la Reunión. Este taller lúdico se pondrá en marcha para aprender de manera divertida el recorrido que hace la vainilla desde la horquilla hasta el tenedor.
