The city of Sainte-Savine has a rich architectural heritage: its old town hall, in art deco style, is listed as a historical monument. Many old hosiery factories, some restored and converted into houses, also testify to this heritage. A factory chimney is still visible in the heart of the town. The private properties on either side of Gallieni Avenue and in the perpendicular streets are also remarkable for their architecture and decor.
The current Town Hall of Sainte-Savine is installed since 1991 in the old normal school of teachers, opened in 1880.
