👉 Guided tour of the temporary exhibition «Vasarely before Op, une abstraction européenne 1945-1955»
Through this exhibition in partnership with the Centre Pompidou, you will have the opportunity to apprehend the works of Victor Vasarely and 24 other artists he frequented during his career, in particular within the framework of the Paris school and the network of artists of the Parisian gallery owner Denise René. A total of 35 exceptional works are presented at the Vasarely Foundation, by Schneider, Atlan, Dewasne, Soulages, Mortensen and Boisecq. With the lighting of our mediators, you will discover the abstract expression of French and European artists on the post-war period, and how each and everyone has appropriated abstract art.
