Stroll in the district of Claire Cité

The day will begin with a stroll in the Claire Cité district. The charm of the squares of the City of Beavers surrounded by flowered gardens are conducive to strolling. Through this tour, the public will be able to discover the history and architecture of the Castor houses through several activities that will take place on 3 plots, each dedicated to a particular theme:
the place of remembrance: Through an exhibition in the form of a remembrance tree, the public will be able to discover the genesis of the Beaver project, the history and feed on some anecdotes about the construction.
The place of women: a small square will be dedicated to the role of women in construction. In addition to a photo exhibition and testimonies putting into perspective the strong solidarity between the women of the time, the public will be able to immerse themselves in the theme through an improv match between two theater companies.
the children’s place: games in the form of olympiads will be available to the families of the public: upset everything, tug at the rope, potato bag race.
