Listed as a historical monument, this French garden was built at the end of the 19th century. At the entrance, the old frames shelter heather plants that offer wonderful colors in spring.
By taking the path of Mediterranean plants (solidago, stachys, agapanthe...) you can travel and dream. Have fun finding the different varieties of seasonal vegetables in our plots dedicated to the vegetable garden. One of them is occupied from May to October by the stars of the place: the cucurbitaceae!
Strolling in the garden, you may want to rest and enjoy the tranquility of the place.
The places hide a number of other treasures: a Bollée wind turbine that can be seen behind a wall, a conservatory orchard, the aromatic garden where the pleasant smell of mint floats, a multitude of plant species (agapanthes, peonies, roses, hydrangeas, tulips, hellebores, yarrow...) the old stables and the essential upholstery, not to mention the queen of places: the garden greenhouse!
A haven of peace, the vegetable garden is also a real Eden garden for wildlife (ponds, nest boxes, insect hotels, bat shelters...), it is also classified "refuge LPO" (bird protection league) since 2019.
